Ken Sittman, President

Ken is the President of Controlled Products Systems Group, the largest wholesale distributor of Access Solutions in the United States. He is responsible for leading all facets of the company.

Ken has been in the access control industry for over 15 years, beginning his career with CPSG in 2006. Ken has held multiple roles within the organization and all over the country, including Assistant Branch Manager in 2011 and West Coast Purchasing Manager in 2012. In April 2014, Ken took on the role of Branch Manager in Washington DC and served as Northeast Regional Manager for Northeast Region. Ken served as Director, Supply Chain where he has played an integral role in shaping how CPSG manages its inventory. In his most recent role as Director of Operations, Ken was responsible for managing operations for CPSG including, the procurement, transportation, material control, and distribution of product across our 35-branch footprint.

Ken holds a BA in Political Science from Cal State San Marcos and an MBA from University of Maryland-Global Campus.

Andy Martin, CFO

Andy has served as the Director of Finance for CPSG since October 2015. Prior to joining CPSG, Andy had 11 years of broad finance and accounting experience, most recently as a Director at McGladrey (now RSM) in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services practice. Andy also has experience in audit and commercial finance and is a licensed CPA in Colorado.

Andy holds a BBA in Finance & Marketing and a Master of Accountancy both from the University of Iowa.

Frank Qualtier, Director Sales & Marketing

Frank Qualtier joins Controlled Products from Chamberlain Group. Frank represented the LiftMaster brand for Chamberlain for over 13 years, starting in September, 2009 as Inside Sales Coordinator. He would later go on to serve in roles in field and national account sales, channel marketing, and sales leadership. Frank earned his degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University. Frank resides in Naperville, IL with his wife, Emily, and their son, AJ.

Jim Lema, National Sales Manager

Jim Lema is responsible for managing all sales teams for CPSG Nationwide. Jim is a 33-year veteran of the Parking Control, Access Control and Perimeter Access Industries. Jim began his career in the Access Control Industry as a Customer Care Representative for Porta King Building Systems in 1985, gaining promotions to South Central Regional Sales Manager and National Parking Products Manager. In 1994, Jim opened a St. Louis branch office for Signature Control Systems selling parking control systems. He later transferred to the Perimeter Protection Products [P3] Wholesale Division in 2006. He later joined CPSG in 2010 with the Acquisition of Perimeter Protection Products P3.

Jim Graduated from Missouri State University in 1983 with A BS in Business Administration/Management with a Minor in Marketing. Jim is also a Certified Automatic Gate System Designer CAGSD.

Bill Rushing, Senior Business Development Manager

As National Branch Operations Manager, Bill is responsible for managing CPSG’s Regional Teams. Bill started his career in wholesale distribution in 1999 as the Warehouse Manager for a local Texas distributor. Over the next 22 years, Bill held roles of Inside Sales Rep, Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. During this time, Bill was instrumental in growing the business from two to fifteen locations and established relationships with customers and supplier partners all over the US. Bill joined the CPSG team in 2020 as the Business Development Manager.

Zach Eichenberger, Director Products & Services

Zach Eichenberger had served as the Director of Marketing for CPSG Nationwide and joined the team in 2014. Zach has been in the industry since 1995 starting his career as a Gate and Access installer/service tech. In 1999 he moved to wholesale distribution, managing Sales and Technical Support. Zach is passionate about products, training and the customer experience. He holds certifications of CAGOI and CAGSD and has volunteered for several industry organizations. He currently sits on the American Fence Association Board holding the position as Director/Chair of Awards, Local AFA Chapter CFCA as Treasurer/Chair of Education for the West Coast Fence Show, regular trainer at the AFA Business School, and am a voting member of Underwriters Laboratory Standards and Technical Panel.

Jamie Emerson, Marketing Communications Manager

Jamie Emerson serves as Marketing and Communications Manager and is responsible for leading multiple aspects of CPSG’s national marketing & communications initiatives including brand awareness, public relations, social media, corporate brand management and implementing and managing integrated corporate marketing strategies. Prior to joining CPSG in 2019, Jamie spent three years as Corporate Communications Manager for Chamberlain Group, a multi-national corporation and a market leader in the access and related security markets. In 2013 Jamie joined LiftMaster as Marketing, Communications Manager, the number one brand of professionally installed residential garage door openers, as well as a leading manufacturer of commercial door operators, residential and commercial gate operators, telephone entry systems and related access control products.

Chris Peterson, National Product Specialist RFID

With over 30 years of experience, Chris is a leading RFID products industry expert and offers experience-based assistance with applications, site planning, training and technical support. He and the RFID team based in Plano, Texas serve as CPSG’s premier RFID product specialist group, supporting all of North America.

Butch Showers, Business Development RFID

Butch brings 30 years of experience with RFID products, including working for two RFID manufacturers. For the past 13 years he has served as one of CPSG’s RFID product specialists and is considered an industry expert on RFID products, site planning and applications.

Scott Rosenbloom, Project Manager, Crash/Anti-Ram/HVM

Scott brings over 40 years of industry experience including having owned two businesses which manufactured HVM products. From residential applications, to car dealerships, to commercial government facilities such as military bases, Scott is an industry veteran with a long track record of securing family communities, businesses and everything in between.

Mike Gliebe, Regional Operations Manager Midwest

Mike Gliebe serves as the Operations Manager for CPSG’s Midwest Region and manages the operations of the company’s Chicago, Nashville, Columbus, Cleveland and St. Louis branches. Mike joined Controlled Products in 2011. Prior to that Mike worked as a sales professional for North American Refractories, a manufacturer of heat resistant products, used in furnaces of steel mills, aluminum and copper plants, as well as foundries.

David Gulyas, Regional Manager Southeast

David Gulyas serves as the Regional Operations Manager for CPSG’s Southeast Region. David has been in the access control industry since1997. Beginning his career with Royce Parking Control, Hollywood, FL, the largest Federal APD installing dealer in the US who also handled commercial, residential, and Industrial service calls and installations. David joined CPSG in 2003 and has served as Regional Manager since 2005.

Michael Huerta, Regional Manager Northwest

Michael Huerta has served as Northwest Regional Manager for CPSG since 2016. Michael began his career with CPSG in 2010 where he joined as Sales Manager. Michael started in the industry in 1993 at Sentex System where he started in the mail room and through a series of promotions, worked in Inside Sales for many years. When Sentex was acquired by LiftMaster in 2000, Michael transitioned to National Product Trainer for all product lines, then moved to LiftMaster sales in 2013. Michael one of CPSG’s product industry experts and is a National Trainer leading a wide variety of courses for CPSG-University, a comprehensive classroom and hands-on training experience for installers and service technicians.
