First and foremost of our services is the role of the field sales representative whose responsibility lies in working with the Professional dealer or architect/ specifier to help select the correct equipment that best satisfy job specifications. Working with thousands of products from over one hundred manufacturers our team has the experience and product knowledge to create the optimum solution for all access automation needs.

Controlled Products takes its position seriously as the middle ground between manufacturer and professional dealer. We regularly schedule training seminars where we host representatives from major manufacturers who present product up dates and training. These lively sessions often result in the manufacturers gaining insight in how to better design their products to perform in the "real world".
